I have lived in ABQ now for about three years and I have been living in many different complexes all throughout the area. Every complex is going to have its downfalls, this I know and figured out. Whether it be bad maintenance, a bad area, bad management and so so on; what I have found about suncreek vs the other places..the utilities are a joke! My bill for the month of june between my boyfriend and I was 140 bucks! mind you, I work and go to school full time and so does he! I'm not home all day, running my utilities! Not only that, they average them throughout your whole building, pnm does not directly bill you and then they charge service charges on top of that! You could never run your heater/ ac, but you will pay for everyone else that does. I like my apartment, but the management is a joke and so is their billing methods. I miss you PNM! I have really no complaints, but my outrageous utility bill. I have NEVER payed that much, ever and I have lived with people who never turn a damn thing off! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. and more so than any complex I have lived in. Don't move in.

You got off light. I had a two bedroom and my bill averaged around $300 a month, no matter the time of year. I just moved into a house which is 1500 sq ft and my bill is 1/3 of that, between electric, water, gas and trash. And I don't have to turn all the lights off all the time any more.
