First off, their security can be very over pushy and WAY TOO aggressive at times. There were times we would get the courtesy patrol called on us while i was playing with my child, cleaning my apt, even taking a shower! they'd come to my front door saying it was too loud, management would leave notices. There was one time me and my roomate had went to lunch, the mall, and driving around, came back with security waiting at our door saying there were disturbances. Hmmm funny i guess i was eating too loud away from home and my neighbor heard me huh' funny coincidence' No. Me and my roomate felt like we were living "shook" because security was always picking on us. Maybe we fit a certain stereotype, who knows' What made me upset is we even went to the management and told them, PLUS wrote a report in writing that someone kept calling secruity on us, but nothing was done. If that's not bad enough, during the middle of the night people's children would be real loud and play in/around the pool area and nothing would happen. Neighbors also would have parties weekly, but nothing too loud so it wasn't a real concern. also the parking was painful. if you came home anytime after 4 pm, expect to walk a good long distance just to get to your apt. Don't forget your key either, as management has slammed the door in my face, while holdng groceries and my kids because i forgot the gate key in the house. Other than that its a nice place, but TOO MUCH security makes it very hard to be comfortable around there. other than that it was a great apt. it was nice, roomy, well maintained, the neighbors (except for a few) were real nice all the time and i felt real safe. The parking and security sucks, but other than that i'd move back there in a jiffy.
