This was my very first apartment and I was very happy with it. Management was great, they were helpful, courteous and wonderful to me from beginning to end. Maintenance was excellent. My work orders were always taken care of the day I put them in. They too were very helpful and courteous to me. Parking could be a bit of a pain at times but wasn't too much of a problem. The Laundry facilities were always clean and I never had a problem getting anything done. The grounds were always taken care of and beautiful.

But...

Some of the people who lived there were extremely rude and inconsiderate. I had two of the noisiest neighbors ever. Several times I was awakened in the middle of the night due to fights or parties. One time I had to get up and physically move my bed to the opposite side of the room to get some sleep.

Aside from this I had a very good experience with this apartment. Had I not moved out of the city, I would've remained, only requested to move to an building with quieter people.
