The maintenance crew and management give very poor customer service. You call with a complaint about a broken appliance and it falls on death ears. The constant face that you see are Julie Smith and Dave. Dave is an older guy who supervises the maintenance crew and I'm not sure what Julie's role is. You report a problem to Julie and it doesn't get taken care.You have to keep hounding these people to take care of making repairs in the apartment. You are told someone will take care of it but no one shows. No courtesy calls to let you know a maintenance is coming people just show up at your door unannounced. I can go on and on about the problems with the people who work here. Can't wait to get out of here.
