Management does not care about providing good customer service. If your appliances break you could be waiting for weeks for someone to show up. It took the repairman over a week to fix the machine and dry but when the ceiling in the kitchen was leaking two people repaired the roof the same day I called. Those two situations goes to show you if there is a problem in the apartment that is costing the owners money the workers move swiftly to fix the problem but when your appliances break forget about it. No one cares about the renters who live here. Management is only interested in collecting money.
