I lived here in 2003-04. The complex was very nice despite the horrible parking. There are no spots available and the spots are so tiny, you end up hitting the car next to you with your door just to get out of your car. I decided to give it another chance in 2006 and rented again. Now I can't wait to get out. This place has gone ghetto. There is only one trash bin for the entire complex which constantly is pile so high with trash, people leave their trash outside which looks and smells horrible. Parking hasn't changed...maintenance takes forever to fix something then only fixes it half-ass. There is only one person in the office that I really like, the other girl gave me an attititude twice already and lied to me about a maintenance issue I put in. I can't wait to leave.
