Nice Black mold in bathrooms!!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The management has probably changed since the last post was written, it has changed 3 times since we have been here, for 6 months. You have to fight to get your deposit back from the managers, even if it was a pre-existing condition. Yes these apartments are nice for the price and space, but that is compared to apartments that have work out rooms and really big pools. This place doesn't have either.
Not to mention the black mold problem. I think the people in the office are rude, and you have to beg them to do a service order. Please further look before coming to Telegraph Hill.
