My husband and I have lived here for over a year, and have had a decent experience. The neighbors are awesome, it is very quiet, but the management is an issue. We have had to beg for several things to be done, including our leaky roof (which took 3 months!). Our carpet is incredibly worn, our stairway isn't level at all, and the mold in the bathrooms is a problem. But the layout is perfect, and there is ample storage. The front office told us they were about to build a gym and install a hot tub when we moved in, but over a year later that still hasn't even been started. The apartments are perfect if you want to compormise service and facilities for the spacious layout and peace and quiet.
