I am a 5 year resident of The Lofts. I am also the Managing Owner of these 70 historic apartments, and for the past 4 months, part of the management team. I find it a great place to live, and encourage you to come look for yourself. We have occasional vacant lofts that fill quickly. We give 3 tours per week. It's a beautiful place, loved by most (but not all) who have lived here.

This is the owner's review, so take it with a grain of salt. He has a financial interest in renting and selling these lofts. As far as safety, I had several packages stolen, my parked car was hit as part of a hit and run, car was egged, and had my car broken into. They don't make saftey a priority. They also won't keep packages for you, so they are likely to be stolen unless you do signature only. I will be moving out soon because of the safety issues

Whats truly sad is that given the right management this place could have been fantastic. Living in an apartment complex isn't for everyone. As a renter/buyer you need to understand that. As management, you need to explain that.
