They should rename this place the Albuquerque High Prison. I've never felt so unwelcome in my life. I got a noise complaint for listening to my stereo at 12 on a Saturday. If you like to have a social life stay away. 9 PM rolls around and if you so much as step toward your bathroom wrong you'll be hit with a noncompliance the next day. Residents here fail to realize that this is an apartment complex and the walls aren't made of concrete. I saw my neighbor getting chewed out by another neighbor because he said he couldn't concentrate a little after nine. I'm sure he got hit with a noncompliance. It's like living in my parents house accept I had more freedom when I was 12. The management is horrible, besides picking horrendous carpeting that looks like it was stolen from a seventies Burger King, they are only interested in selling these lead painted prison cells. Closet space is a joke unless your a member of the lollipop guild. My bathroom is about the size of a port-o-potty, but at least they used new materials in the port-o-potties. The caulking job on the tile must have been done by a three year old. I was going to say someone in the midst of a seizure, but that would be giving them to much credit. That bathroom floor isn't dirty it's suppose to look that way. The electrician who wired the joint didn't comprehend the concept of a dimmer switch. The gym/laundry facility is abysmal. Don't step on the grass or your likely to by shot from someone in the book depository. I wouldn't put a pet through this. They have one little section of grass to do their business on. If you're thinking of renting here tape your mouth shut for 12 straight hours, have the most condescending person you know try and sell you a bag of stool for twenty bucks, and tell your family they can't see you past nine. If you still like it I got this bag I'm selling for $20.

Hey if you have any questions please feel free to contact me the original poster of this review. I've been a model resident and paid rent on time. You want pictures of the shoddy craftsmanship I'll post them. I pride myself on honesty and integrity. Too bad the management doesn't do the same. Sending out a mass e-mail asking the community to post a POSITIVE review on this site. What does that say about the managements integrity? Read the other reviews of what people have had to say. You want to live here to experience the concentration camp lifestyle yourself, then by all means go ahead. I was obviously attracted to the location and the uniqueness of the Lofts, but that is where the positives end.

this is totally false. obviously someone very bitter decided to slash what in truth is a ver beautiful place to live with good quality craftsmanship.
