The first year or so was good. But right when I started feeling comfortable living here it seemed like it became one thing after another.
The manager/owner uses the business email list for personal email purposes, which is horribly unethical.
Any maintenance issues should be taken care of by the lofts, but many weeks later you will find an invoice in your mailbox charging for the services. ..
They make it impossible to have friends over ...if you make a peep past night you will immediately be asked to have your guests leave.
They make it prohibitively expensive to try and get a dog. You have to pay an expensive non-refundable deposit (it shouldn't be called a deposit then) and a refundable deposit. After everything is said and done if you have an extra $750 laying around then you can get a dog.
They encourage community at the lofts and are always hyping it up but don't do anything to encourage it... maybe allowing people to hang outside in the grass without being reprimanded would encourage more community and people to hang out and meet their neighbors.
As far as safety is concerned...our parking garage has been broken into a couple times, it is impossible to actually park your car on the street without having it broken into, and once I was accosted by a homeless man.
We just received an email asking us to only leave positive messages on this website. Last I checked in lived in the United States of America and not North Korea.
