The Lofts @ Albuquerque High are a set of very unique apartments. They are fairly expensive for Albuquerque though. Leases and rules are very draconian. They are doing their best to turn the place into condominiums. Management is slow to responding to non-maintenance inquiries, taking days sometimes to return phone calls. Actual maintenance issues are fixed quite quickly.

Car security is an issue. I had my vehicle broken into, as many other have. I don't think I've heard of any actual apartment break ins though.

If a unique space, and a downtown location are important to you it's definitely a place to check out.
