I have lived at the Lofts for over two years and absolutely love calling it home! The floor plans are spacious, well-designed and unique while retaining the charming details from the property's historical past. The maintenance staff does a wonderful job of maintaining the common areas...hallways are clean & bright, the courtyard is beautiful and the laundry/fitness areas are kept in order. The management is one of the nicest & most professional I've worked with. The property manager returns emails quickly and returns phone calls, even on weekends and evenings. In some apartment properties, you get an answering service, but not at the Lofts. About a year ago, I had a MAJOR EMERGENCY in my loft and the management acted quickly to resolve and correct the problem reasonably and fairly. The best thing about the management is their committment to Albuquerque's Downtown Revitalization. Let's face it downtown living is a personal lifestyle you choose to have and it's not for everyone. The management has built a partnership with local businesses and the City to ensure that the residents needs and concerns are met. The ABQ High Lofts and its management offers the best experience in any metropolitan downtown I've lived at in the country. I can't imagine living anywhere else in ABQ!
