I lived in the Lofts until December 2008 and had a great experience. I love the downtown lifestyle and continue to live in the area in a house I now own.
The lofts have a nice demographic mix and I really enjoyed being a part of the community and interacting with my neighbors. It's a beautiful historic building and it just made me smile to walk into my loft every day.
There are some great coffee shops, a dry cleaner, seamstress, yoga studios and other businesses nearby that contribute to the benefits of urban living.
All maintenance requests were handled promptly and my interactions with the management team were always positive.
I always felt safe while I lived there and I took the same security precautions that I would in any other area of town.

Bottom line, I would recommend the lofts to friends and family and I would live there again myself.
