Manager and her staff are great however, the apartments are old and have paper thin walls. Roaches are a problem although I'm learning that there isn't anything you can do about that. Parking and roof leaks are also a concern. I was told when I moved in that I was moving into a "quiet" complex. Besides hearing my neighbors every move, the night clubs across the street are so loud I rented a hotel on three occasions.
