Not worth the price!

The staff and maintenance crew are excellent, however the apartment is outdated and over-priced. All of the appliances are from the early eighties (no joke) and just barely work the way they should. Within 4 months of living there my car was broken into and everthing inside was stolen. The roof leaked in four places and ruined my couch and damaged the carpet. The pipes consistantly freeze (and are currently frozen) in the winter and there was absolutley no running water. There is a horrible bug problem during the summer, even though I got the apartment sprayed every month. Sleeping was rough especially when the people from the bar across the street came wandering up and down the complex screaming and shouting. Since this complex is owned by a major business, you can expect severe price changes when attempting to renew your lease, (from 682 to 735 for a one bedroom).
