i have lived here for 3 years the staff are rude repares to the apt take weeks to complete verry dark loud neghbors i am loking foward to my house to get the he&%% out of here no paid eltric or gas and when i pay them i freek out i even have engery saving prodects and my bill is 70 a mouth there is no privicy the pepole look and stir at you no satlight allowed even though i can get it only comcast which runs 70 plus tax for basic cable i had to cut it so not i have micky ears they only Alow 3 pepole to live here per unit i had i manger yell at me for reporting noise and said call apd but the pepole say i am loud get treat spical its 45 for pet rent plus 300 no runfundible pet depost and they have to be potty trained or u have 7 davys to get out its nice tail u move in i pay 25 a mouth for me and my son larndy at this unit they dont dry well plus they only let u warsh tail 5-10 no ac only celing fans it is 75% or more in the summer in the house dishwasher does not clen even when i buy brand name degernets dog poop on the grass fail to pick up u need home insurence or u are screewed i have a broken window never fixed said i am responsible even i moved in like it i had to pay 350 to get it fixed it gets real cold in wenter i am saying just some or the hell that it is find a different place it is a alot for rent 800 for 2 b to bath every year they raise it

We've been here nearly 14 months. The office and maintenance staff have always been friendly and when we've had to have things fixed they responded within a day or two. The dog poop isn't the responsibility of the management; the residents are supposed to pick it up but sadly some irresponsible people make it bad for everyone. The laundries are open from 8am until 10pm and are always well maintained. The grounds are always litter free, the lawns are mowed and the buildings are continually being restuccoed and repainted. They even have security guards after 10pm manning the main gate. We give this place a big "thumbs up."

I am sorry that you were not happy here, but come on, why would anybody lie about enjoying living here?
