Units aren't extremely up-to-date but they aren't nasty either. Rent on the top floor so there's no one above you, the floors are squeeky. Try to get a plan where your bedroom is on an outside wall rather than adjoining with another apartment, it makes sleeping easier because walls are thin. Parking is limited and expect to get dents and dings in your car unless you're willing to park far away. Parking lots are generally well-lit, there are just few spaces. Staff was accomodating and I never had trouble having anything fixed. I never had a bug problem, but it doesn't hurt to spray your apartment every now and then. Price is a little steep but the size but you get a washer and dryer in every unit plus they ALL have a very nice balcony with outdoor storage. I felt pretty safe with on-site security and gated entryways though I wouldn't walk around alone at night - especially if you're a female. There are some random walkways and bushes that might make it easy for someone to pop out at night. Noise was usually minimal except that they use a tractor to pick up the garbage about twice a week and that can be loud if you're home during the day. All in all, it's a great location (though far from campus if you're a student) and worth the steeper price simply because of the balcony (some units have great views) and the washer and dryer. I'm from the south so it was also nice to see grass and trees on the property. Two very nice pools, one is year-round.
