When I came to look at the apartments they seemed really nice and cozy. I thought that I was going to like living here and end up staying here for a long time. Well, that all went downhill from the day that I moved in. We came and inspected our house and there were so many things wrong with it. The worst one of them all is that out door was warped and we didn't know until it was in the evening and you could feel a breeze. There was a 1/2 an inch gap at the bottom of the door and the other sides were not as bad but there was still alot of air coming in. Even with the heater on it was still freezing. Needless to say the first night here was spent bundled up in jackets and blankets!
I have not had a bad experience with the employees but then again I haven't complained about anything. I just fix it myself because it will get done much faster. I plan on moving out when my lease expires.
You can hear everything through the walls. You can hear what they are talking about, you can hear their tv, you can hear their music, you can hear it all!! Then if you live on the bottom floor you are screwed! All day and night the people above me are awake. It wouldn't be so bad if the floors didn't squeak. I am constantly woken up in the middle of the night because of the loud noises from upstairs. They have little kids so they are always jumping around and making noise. It would not be so bad if the floors were better! Also, I have had the cops called on me when my boyfriends friends come over to play video games and have madden tournaments because we were being to loud! It was only 10:OO it was not like it was midnight!
Now to me this is common sense. If you are not renting an apartment and it was your house then it would be understandable. Alot of people with dogs do not clean up after their animals. They just leave in on the rocks and grass for people to step on. The area around my apartment is getting to be so bad that you have to stay on the sidewalk or you will for sure end up stepping on the dog poop. We have complained but it doesn't do any good because it is not being stopped. So watch where you step!
Ever since I moved in the gates have not been working. You just drive in and out like nothing. How long does it take to get the gates fixed. I mean as much as we are all paying for rent it seriously should not take that long!This is not my first apartment but next time anyone who is looking for an apartment look at the reviews from the tenants to see if you would like it before it is too late!
