If you want tons of action this is the place to live!!! Last night my neighbor got her door kicked in and 6 shots were taken. My apt was flooded, the upstairs washing machine broke. Which isn t an issue, it was the fact they never told us and 3 days after their leak our apt had inches of water everywhere.(where did the apt complex people think the water was going to go'') To make it even worse the apt complex didn t patch up anything until I called the apt assoc 5 days after it happen. They said they would fix our kitchen counter and get our carpets cleaned, 3 months later we have not heard from them. They didn t even discount our rent!!!!!
I also had someone try pushing his way into my apt. The cops are here almost every night. I have seen so much that I really never want to live in an apt complex again.

I read all these reviews before I moved in and I thought it was just a few people complaining, but honestly so many people hate it. if you do move in make sure you look at the apt before you move in, because they are run down and dirty. I believe they think painting over water damage is the solution to mold.
