As I have read all of the reviews I feel the same frustrations majority of all's comments. I do understand that the office staff doesn t live at the complex but, it is ridiculous that they do NOT tell the truth about maintenance(lack there of), the NIOSE and safety. The gates are a JOKE! They tell everyone the same password so anyone can get in to the complex. The security patrol is in their car never walking the complex, I also caught them smokin (if you know what I mean)! They should learn from the best property maintenance company "Four Seasons" their motto is 'Live by the golden rule- Treat everyone as you expect to be treated". Word of mouth in a bad complex spreads like wildfire. Beware Villas at La Privada!
