We moved in with our daughter and one on the way. The model had tons of space and was really nice. We move in and it smells like TONS of lemon cleaner had been used we had to air it out for 3 days before the smell finally calmed down and then we learned why it was that way when we moved in...it smelled like an old bar!!!! The people below us smoked inside their apartment and they weren't just smoking cigaretes! It was coming up through the floors and making our LO sick! We complained to the office staff many many times and no one ever came out to even see what we were talking about! To top everything off it starts raining one night and the ceiling FELL in on top of our bed! It took maintence forever to get to our apartment and then the office staff tells us that we shouldn't have had our bed under that spot in the bedroom and refuses to replace our bed b/c our renters insurance wouldn't cover it b/c it was NEGLECT on the apartments!
