Horrible Crime & Noise Problems !!!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
Have lived in this complex more than 5 years and there has been a steady decline in the quality of life since is was purchase by YES Housing, Inc.! Bad, noisy neighbors -- parties with drunks until 3am -- too many visits by police for "domestic disturbances". Teen-age gangs! Constant auto thefts!
40% of the units are available for LOWER INCOME renters -- they do not need to meet the minimum income level that the other 60% of the renter do. This is partly respnsible for the massive increase in crime!
