After living in apartment homes for the last 20 years I have finally found the piece and quiet I've been searching for!
This place is great, management is awsome, the grounds are very well kept and I can sleep at night WITHOUT the sound of loud parties, police sirens etc etc etc....

Hmmmm. This reads like a planted plug from the new management. ("management is awsome (sic)") Look around: the other reviews are opposite to this plant. I agree with other posters that a good place here was turning way downhill after Yes Housing bought it. Now, the new management actually may be worsening tenant/owner relations.
