Not a good place to live anymore

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I moved here in November of 2005 and everyone here was friendly and warm. Yes housing sold it in April and it's been downhill from there. My mom is 79 years of age, on Social security and they raised her rent $30 dollars a month! There are many elderly people living here that will now have to move just because they are greedy money hungry landlords. Elderly people do not get those kind of raises! The staff does not even look up when you come in and when you sit there they take care of people who come in afterwards. The laundry rooms are dirty and black mold! DISGUSTING!
