I have lived here for one year. Pest control sprays on a regular basis. Maintenance for small projects is good but I was left with an air conditioner that leaks water for most of last summer and was told that there was not anything to be done about it - I had to constantly place towels on the floor to keep soaking up the water (6 towels a day during leaks and once all my towels and several blankets). Air would not go into secondary bedrooms and again, I was told there was not anything that could be done - just an anomoly of the way the building was constructed. Had a leak from the ceiling next to the bathtub and again, it took three calls and three maintenance visits to get it resolved and now, several months later, the same area of ceiling is bulging and the paint is falling off ...My car tires were slashed and management were not concerned. Neighbors above me chased off car theives 2 times that I know of and neighbor to side had $3000.00 worth of damage to their car. Other than that, it is a very nice apartment and complex. Grounds are lovely, pool is clean and staff is very friendly.
