In May of 2007 we looked into Vista Montana, the people where so nice and very helpful. Every thing looked great so we gave them our deposit to move in in June. This is when it starts, the new management comes in they never cashed our checks the whole time and the day we came to get our keys and sign the papers they cashed our checks and put us on a negitve balance with my bank and that same day telling us we owe first months rent as well. No one had told us this so my husband went off on that Evon b***h because she started yelling at him and getting really nasty. We have had to call over and over again about problems in our place but they never seem to wanna come by or call, if they come by they do a half fast job or don't come back to finish the job. Then not to long ago I had to go in and talk to them about signing a paper, and that dumb Evon was there I was hoping that Jessica was she had seem to be ok. When I had gone in it was just me and my 17 month old daughter, Evon asked what I needed and I told her, so she turns to her computer and asked what appartment I lived in next thing I know she turns to me and starts b***hen and yelling about how we only been here a month and they have to give us leway on rent I told her yeah cause you messed us up when we first moved in then mad us pay for some other things. they owed us. She was saying how its not going to fly with her and when you give someone a check they expect you to have money in your bank just going nuts mean-while my 17 month old is looking at her like why are you yelling at my mother and was getting scared plus me being 7 months pregnent I had to get out. I was so pissed and stressed after that, and because of it I had to go to the emergency labor department. I called 2 days after to talk to Jessica to get the name of the new management compeny and phone number. Jessica would not give me the number saying they did not want it handed out, and thats a lie because all appartment are to give that to you. Jessica had asked me what happend I told her part of it and she had the nerve to tell me Evon might have been in a bad mood and she was in the right. I told her that was no bad mood because she does this always. Evon does not know how to talk to people or run a place. I am looking for managements number and they are no where to be found and that means they must be hiding somthing my lawer says. My lawer and mother who works for the goverment are working on trying to get the number. We should not have to live this way or a manager that needs a good slap. This needs to be taken care of.

By God, this sounds exactly spot on with my experience with this new owner and management-- they are horribly oppositional and seem like they can't wait for their next confrontation contest to come rolling their way. They're Up for it! They might just thrive on it. But it makes the desireable feeling that you're living in a community impossible. I'm getting out, or organize a tenants' grievance. The owners, by the way, are called "Bridge Investment Group" and I have no doubt that they want to be as absent and unreachable as possible. Just a feeling.
