Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
They kept the deposit claiming that there were stains on the floors, which there were, but they were there when I moved in!
There were a number a good number of undersirables in the area and that was a constant problem. It is an apartment complex this is extremely noisy with a lot of thug traffic, day and night.
