If you are from anywhere considered civilized do not move here. The staff members give new meaning to mentally challenged. They will tell you one thing and then the next day it's completely differnt. If you have kids, don't even look here. Broken beer bottles can be spotted all over the property especially in the playground area. They also claim to be pet friendly, however, if your dogs play in the apt. you will receive a complaint and possible eviction (which you still have to pay the $600 termination fee.) People do not clean up after their pets. I have stepped in many "land mines" while attempting to walk to the mailbox. Neighbors are rude, they will complain about every little detail but will proceed to break all the policies themselves. There is no parking available unless you want to park three buildings down. You will have to call maintenance at least once a month to fix something since they can't do it right the first time. Please don't make the same mistake we did.
