My wife and I moved into the Vistas at Seven Bar Ranch in May of 2006. It would quickly become obvious to us that we made a rather large mistake.

Two weeks after we moved in, some guy decided to barricade himself in one of the apartments. A SWAT situation ensued and nobody was allowed in or out of the property for hours.

The summer of 2006 was an extremely wet one if you'll recall. Its a good thing we decided to "accept" an apartment on the second floor because all of the apartments below us were completely flooded out a couple of times. The poor people in those apartments were given sandbags to pile in front of their doors. I guess this is what the apartment management considered a "fix".

The security gates are always open and if they are closed, don't expect them to open.

Our neighbors ALL have issues. The neighbor below us has a certain freind who likes to pass out in the hall in front of their door. The neighbors we share a back wall with like to listen to techno music 24 hours a day and scream at their kids for not being able to sleep...Maybe try turning down the music. The neighbors across the hall and downstairs like to play with handguns in the parking lot when they're not cussing and yelling at their spouses for not using their blinker. The neighbor above us likes to drop bowling balls on their floor, which is our ceiling.

The winter of 2006/2007 was pretty wet as well. After that 14 inch downfall the walkways NEVER were cleaned, even after I asked something be done about the ice...Thanks for Nothing Vistas!

There is graffiti in the hallway outside my door, and trash is always present. Somebody put a diaper by my door one time and I recieved a phone call at work from the Staff asking...sorry, TELLING me to remove it immediately.

We are currently in the process of moving out of this place (Thank God) and during our moving process we have recieved notes on our door saying that only plants and chairs are allowed on the balconies, and to remove whatever else is out there. Piss off! I'm trying to move.

When I needed to get my phone line connected I had QWEST come out and they told me they did all they can legally do and that the Apartment Management needs to make a final connection on their end. When I called and told the staff in the main office about this, they had no idea what I was talking about. So I called QWEST back and told them this. QWEST came back out and gave me the number of the guy the Management is supposed to contact. I called him personally and He took care of the issue...Thanks For Nothing Vistas!

I was required to sign a form regarding how I can install a satellite dish and how not to. They made a big deal about this. When I ordered DirecTV they came out and said that nobody in my row of buildings could have satellite TV because our balconies didn't face the right way (South)...Thanks For Nothing Vistas!

This is by far the worst living experience I have ever had. The staff is worthless and unknowledgeable, not to mention rude. We never talk to the same person twice and if we actually do, they don't even remember us...Thanks For Nothing Vistas!

If I could rate this apartment complex worse than a 1 I would. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS SLUM!!!! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!!!!!! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
