If you like parking literally 2 parking "lots" over from your apartment and your own neighbors breaking into your car and you?d never be the wiser since it?s practically a footbal field away, then this is the place for you. A week ago a notice went out about multiple cars being vandalized in the parking lot and I?m sure that?s probably by other tenants as well. That?s about as far as the staff takes care of problems. Neighbors are noisy and we have complained, but seems as though nothing has ever been done cause the bass is still vibrating at 2 A.M. The front office seems nice and friendly but they don?t do anything. I will have to agree also about the maintenance, they have always promptly responded and fixed the problems as well as I always see them out cleaning up the area.



So overall, the rent is not bad priced but I for sure will not be returning as there is much better for about the same price in this area.



Sorry I have to talk about the parking again because it is atrocious!!!!!!!!!
