I lived at West Park for six months. I didn't have a problem with maintenance. Maintenance were quick to respond. Management was easy to get along with. Noise, was a problem sometimes, but not bad. Only big problem I had was the parking. If you didn't have a covered space, you didn't find a parking if you came home after 4 pm. I tried getting a covered parking, but could not. You had to deal with walking far to your apartment, and dig your car out of snow and ice.
