I have lived her for 4 years now and have had problems with the people that live above me stomping and banging around all day and night the entire time. Office staff has done nothing about it even after numerous complaints and even having to call APD on the neighbors on several occasions. The people next to me and the lady above them are also having the same problem with the same person, We even tried to go into the office as a group to no avail. The office staff is pleasent but completley useless. Other than the one neighbor I mentioned above the complex is fairly quiet. Maintenance staff are always very quick to fix any problems, super friendly really really nice guys. They always do a great job. Parking isn't a problem for me since I live a little bit away from the main complex in a smaller 4 apartment unit, but I can see how the majority of buildings would have a huge problem with parking.
