My husband and I have lived here for 6 months and are more than ready to move.

*The maintenance staff is incompitant. You have to wait for more than 2 weeks to get anything done or even looked at.

*The management is poorly run. Since we?ve been here there have been a turn over of 2 managers and 3 assistant managers.

*They allow smoking. So if you are a non smoker I suggest looking somewhere else to live. The tenant in the apartment belows us smokes out side almost every 15 minutes. This was annoying in the summer because we like to have the windows open and all of her smoke would come right into our windows. Now that is is winter and we can keep the windows closed the apartment across from us now have tenants that smoke IN THE APARTMENT. Our master bedroom bathroom can not be used because the smoke comes in from there apartment and into our master bathroom. We have to keep the door to the bathroom shut with a towel tucked in at the bottom of the door so that our whole apartment does not fill up with cigarette smoke. The management has done nothing yet to fix this irritating and very health hazardise problem.

*We went on a 1 week vacation in November and while we were away the pest control lady attempted to enter our apartment (without our permission) and set the alarm off. She failed to lock and even close the door to our apartment. She reported the alarm going off to the office and they made no attempt to go to our apartment to check that everything was ok. Rather they did NOTHING and our apartment was unlocked with the door open for 5 DAYS!! The management has refused to do anthing about this situation and blames the pest control company.

*The swamp cooling unit is a joke. When it is turned on pieces of rusted metal come shooting out of the vent. This was also reported to the office and nothing was done about it either.

*The jaccuzi is SUPPOSE to be open year round but it has been out of use for the past 3 months. When is is supposedly "working" it is not set up properly. Only air blows through the jets instead of water so it is never warm and the water evaporates almost immediately when turning it on.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMENED LIVING HERE TO ANYONE....NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!!
