I just found this website and I see alot of disgruntled people for one reason or another. I read the last review for the apartments that I live at and I feel that it is unfair.

The apartments have not have as many managers and assistant managers as stated. I've been here almost 2 years and the manager that was here when I moved in got a promotion, so the new manager came in. The same thing happened with the assistant, although I am guessing that this last reviewer may be talking about someone that came in to cover during a maternity leave. I think that it unfortunate that this person does not see it as a benefit that the owner actually has people that can be promoted, instead of some idiot behind a desk.

I have noticed that it is quieter and cleaner which I view to be a plus!! The hot tub has had it's problems since I've been here, but my understanding is that it is being worked on. I guess the last reviewer thinks that it is something that could have been fixed overnight.

I have had to follow up on a work order in the past, but the work did get done. They even called me back to see if there was anything that was missed. I call that great service in my book. I have lived all over Albuquerque since the mid 80's and this is the first time I haven't started searching for a new place just because my lease was up and I felt like I needed to find something better. I pay $527 for a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. I love the fact that there is a ton of parking because I work alot of late nights. My apartment has an alarm, huge windows, and a ceiling fan.

I have recommended the apartment to several co-workers and one has recently moved in. Now we commute together to work 3 days a week and that saves us both money!!

I had another friend that is going to move in but she is on a waiting list, because she wants to move into the same area that I am in, but there are no apartments available. I think that says alot too. I hate places that have so many people coming and going every week that you can't feel safe because you never know who your neighbors are. Several of my neighbors have been here for a long time and have no plans to move.

Speaking about safety, not only was I pleased with the alarm system, but there is a security officer that lives here and we have his cell phone number. There is also a patrol company.

I can't wait to renew my lease again and get another FREE carpet cleaning!!
