I have read through the other ratings and would have to completely agree with the poorly rated comments.
It appears that there are quite a few tentants that are having the same problems with the maintenance requests not being filled and fixed and also the large turn over in staff.
The smokers is a problem for me also. There are smokers are all sides of our apartments and we have had to close off all the vents in both bathrooms and can rarely keep our windows open because of the smoke coming in from outside.
The overall performance of the management staff has improved but still has a long way to go.
I'm not sure what the FREE carpet cleaning is but I've lived here since 1998 and have yet to have a FREE carpet cleaning.
