*Office staff is non responsive to problems with other tenants.

*They advertise this wonderful fitness room but you can not use anything in there because it's either broken or the weight keys are missing. When I inquired about the weight keys the office stated I would have to buy my own if I wanted to used them.

*The parking is nice in a way that you can have guests over BUT when you live in a place where most people living there are lower income they don't give a crap what happens to their belongings. I had a problem with another tenant hitting my car and the office did NOTHING about it.

*Not such a safe neighborhood. There was a woman killed in her apartment in the apartment complex across the street. I don't feel comfortable going out at night.

Yeah my grandparents used to live there back in like 90' of course i don't remember because i was just a baby. But my grandfather literally set up a camcorder on his van at night because people kept on egging it and breaking the windows on it, so yeah I wouldn't think that's such a good place to live, and plus not to mention its like right around Central!! central is filled with crackheads and murders you name it, not such a safe place believe me, because at the apartments about a few miles from there, Im not sure if its the apartments name or just the street but i remember a name called "Dunes" and yeah there was someone murdered right across at the other apartments complex, so yeah if you're thinking about living there, think again. Shoot North of central! like waaaay north like near tramway, may be pricey but hey better than gettin your ---- stolen or even your life!!
