Casa Tierra Apartments (formerly Mediterranean Apartments)

4949 San Pedro Drive NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109

07/29/14 by anonymous: My mother in law moved here this week to be closer to her grandson. She rented an apartment from Casa Tierra sight unseen because they told her she needed to sign a lease before she could see the property. When she arrived the apartment that she leased smelled so badly of smoke that even the rental agent said " we will never be able to rent this apartment to anyone who is not a smoker". more

05/04/14 by adamsanchz: I love it here!!!! I looked and looked I kept having the problem with tax credit properties, I made to much for some places requirements(which was hard for me to believe). I wish I would have started at Sombra Del Oso, I would have saved so much time. Alyssia was such a big help in explaining everything to me, She found me a great apartment with washer and dryer and a pretty decent view. I have more

The Resort at Sandia Village

5123 Prospector Way Northwest, Albuquerque, NM 87114

08/14/14 by avimeyy: Worst place to live in for the price. 1. Not well maintained. The previous management was better. 2. Unhygienic especially during winters. This is not luxury living. Cigar buds all over the play area. 3. The gym is a joke, There are far better apartments that charge less and have better gym. 4. They do not take or complete orders in a timely manner. The staff "Maria" is not more

05/13/14 by lalotorres1101: I was a resident at Eagle Ranch Apartments for 3 years. My wife and I just recently moved out last month because we bought a home. We have had a great experience living here. Parking was somewhat congested, but we were able to rent out a carport for a reasonable price. The staff has always been very helpful any time we needed something. We are happy to recommend this place to anyone looking to more

Hunters Ridge Apartments

13150 Wenonah Avenue Southeast, Albuquerque, NM 87123

09/11/14 by anonymous: THEFT We have lived in Hunters Ridge for over a year now and i will say that we had a nice apartment but the area is bad. It is gated but anyone can get in if they want to. The park next to them is filled with homeless people. We feel like they came in our apartment at least every other month which we felt was A LOT. I live on the second story and we had two bikes on out balcony for a couple of more
