While this apartment complex was not fancy, it was a nice place to live and had good maintenance. During the summer months the management would have cookouts on Friday night. Good location near a park, grocery store, and the municipal golf course. Utilities were included for this complex which was nice during summer months. On the down sid, there is no covered parking, individual balconies, or w/d hookups.
