Twenty Year Resident Happy with Facility - I lived in Sunset House Apartments from July 4, 1988 to August 1, 2008. As with all facilities we had ups and downs between management and staff. I lived through three owners and quite a few managers. The poorest owners were a couple who lived in Colorado and had an agreement with the managing couple that they would not do anything about tenant concerns. Nice Place While this apartment complex was not fancy, it was a nice place to live and had good maintenance. During the summer months the management would have cookouts on Friday night. Good location near a park, grocery store, and the municipal golf course. Utilities were included
