I have not spent a year more miserably! The apartments were thrown together and it is very obvious. If you have no choice but to move into this apartment complex, I suggest you get an apartment on the top floor. When the people above me flush their toilet it sounds like a waterfall, and I can even hear when they flip a light switch. This place has no noise barrier between floors. I don't know how many times I have been in bed trying to go to sleep and can't because it sounds like a herd of buffalo are living above me! I absolutely hate this place and can't wait to get out!
