My spouse and I moved into Alexis Apartments in March 2007. I love the fact that everything is nearby: Walmart, Walgreens, Target, Albertsons, the hospital, the mall, Farley's, Sonic, Hooters, a Shell gas station, and many more. Alexis Apartments is located in an area of town where it has been growing. Our rent only went up $20 during our first year here and I believe it is one of the reasons why it went up.

I have not had to call the office about something broken or that needs to be fixed. Staff has been helpful and friendly. Parking has not been a big issue. When the pool is open, it does get a bit noisy in the evenings. I have a neighbor that sometimes has the music on, but it's nothing that can't be tolerated. Living on the second floor, we don't have much of a problem from the people upstairs. Construction is not much of a problem. If construction is going to take place, they let us know ahead of time about noise and how long it will last.

Management has recently implemented a new "rule" to where we cannot leave any trash outside our doors. If found within the hour, they will gladly pick it up but will charge a $50 fee. I wasn't too pleased about that, but I understand that it is only to keep the grounds well maintained.

The apartment we are currently renting has a small balcony. There's not much of a view, but there are trees that keep it "hidden" when the blinds are open.

If I ever moved away and back, Alexis Apartments is where you'd find me at!
