I had a few friends over for a cookout on April 21st and my 120pound friend almost fell through one of the steps because of structural rust on the third floor walkways and stairs. The stair literally fell and thankfully she took a leap when she felt it falling! Now if that were a 150pound person moving in carrying something heavy like a couch they would be in the hospital right now! And it s funny because on the lease I didn t see anything about Super Mario stairs! We have been to the Greco office about 5 times and wrote a letter to the owner Mr. Philippou stating the structural problems and some pictures. I also talked to Mr. Philippou's assistant Daine (The rudest person I have ever met!!!) and after having her talk to me like she was a fly on ----, she told me to talk to their lawyer and quickly walked away. Scared'!'! As far as I know, his lawyer did not get his degree in engineering and I am not really sure of the effect he's going to have on keeping everyone safe!'! I seriously doubt Mr. Philippou and his assistant Diane s morals. And for me, moving out ASAP!
