Parking lot will flood during heavy rains and Casa Bandera will not cover the damage to vehicles because "it is in your lease." If a scary DRUNK man comes banging on your door at 5AM, forget the answering/security service answering. Many nights are filled with drunk individuals/groups roaming the complex. Overall apperance continues to be more and more unkempt with broken glass, dog feces, and other waste decorating the grounds on a regular basis.
