GREAT...if you're a student.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
Lived here for three years of college at NMSU in a 2B2B and 3B2B. The apartments themselves are fine and the maintainance staff is okay, but to be honest, this complex is just a super classy dorm. If you are a professional or someone with a family, I would try and avoid this place. If you are an NMSU student, this place is awesome. There is always a party or something going on pretty much any night of the week and you will be surrounded by fellow students. For the prices you pay to live in the dorms at NMSU, if you have a roommate or two like I did, you will actually find living at Casa B to be much cheaper then living at the dorms and they are much nicer with more individual space. There also aren't any of the strict rules associated with living on campus facilities but you are still just a short walk away from all of your classes.
Be warned that just like any dorm, there are going to be dumb, drunk students and it can be loud at times. I would also suggest a top floor apartment as the one year I was on a bottom floor apartment, I was stuck below people that were constantly stomping above us and throwing their empty beer cans and things onto the grass below. However, complaints filed are taken pretty seriously by the staff, and they do a good job in trying to keep roudey residents in line.
Moving out isn't a big deal either as the management will recommend cleaners that will steam the carpet and do a total apartment cleaning for only a hundred dollars or so. Both times I moved out, I got the majority of my 300 dollar deposit back so it was totally worth it.
Overall, this place is a very nice step up from the NMSU dorms for pretty much the same price or less. You will deal with pretty much the same things you deal with in any dorm settings but to be honest, I had a blast my three years there, and the closeness to campus made it 100% worth it. Like I said though, I wouldn't suggest living here if you want a calm, tranquil setting and are trying to raise a family.
* I do want to mention that if you can, get an apartment closer to University Ave, as the back end of the complex easily floods when it rains, and during the summer of 2006, the back side of the complex had a few cars completely submerged in water while the front side was unharmed. If anything, address this when signing the lease.
