This complex would be an awesome place to live if it werent for the manager Terra Hernandez. I have lived in the complex for almost a year now and I have been harassed by her on a weekly basis. A few days ago I had to call the police on a group on teenagers being very loud at the pool. The following morning I stopped in her office on the way into work to inform her of the incident, she thanked me for calling the police. Later that afternoon I received a call from her, she stated that I had lied about calling the police and that I was actually the one at the pool making all the noise!!..she said she had witnesses that saw me walk from the pool to my apartment one even being an off duty police officer..I was very upset that she had the nerve to make such accusations and lies when I knew I had been in my apartment since getting of work that day and never went down to the pool, it was even more upsetting that she would say I would lie about calling the police. I was so upset I hung up the phone not even knowing what to say and then she has the nerve to leave me a message stating how uncalled for and rude it was for me to hang up on her. I had to go to the police department the following day and provide her with documentation of my complaint call and even provided her with contact information for the police that arrived on scene so that they could describe the group of teenagers they had encountered. I would NOT RECOMMEND living in Copper Ridge Apartments!!!
