The apartment complex and owned and operated by one woman. She is VERY demanding. She gets to jobs very quickly but also runs a very tight shift. It's like living in a freshman dorm because she has many rules. You can not have anyone over really. If you do and they spend the night she will be in your face about it. She needs to know who is staying and WHEN they are leaving. The apartments are old, but unique. Each one is different.The apartments are very affordable but not always comfortable. Residents talk about how she is on their case. Residents move out when they get tired of dealing with her. The residence does not have any frills-it's just basic but very safe because the owner keeps a close eye on things. There is "laundry room" but it includes no dryers, so it's not really a laundry room.
