I've been living here for three months and am not impressed. First of all, I was attracted to this place because they advertise month-to-month and three month leases. When I told management that I needed a three month lease they said that they couldn't do that. As a result I was charged an extra month's rent (nearly $600)as a penalty for early termination of my lease. I searched just about everywhere in town and no one else had a 1 BR available so I wasn't left much choice. Second, I was told that, since I would only be here for three months, I would probably not be charged for the mandatory carpet shampooing upon move out. When I asked again today I was told that was not the case. Also, when I first arrived, the pool looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for quite a while. The woman in the office said "Today's the day they clean it." It remained dirty for several days and has frequently returned to a similar condition. Not a good first impression seeing as you have to walk right past the pool to get to the office. I just assume that the lack of pool maintainence is due to the fact that it is winter. The apartment itself is not much but isn't bad. My unit is entirely gloss white and includes appliances that look as though they were installed when this place was built (1986). There weren't that many bugs, just a few of those tiny ants that seemed to come out of the faucet in the tub.

Basically, this is an OK place to live but make sure that you get everything in writing from management.
