Never live here!! Moved there from out of state; lived there from Oct 08 to Sep 09. My apartment faced Roadrunner, lots of traffic noise,no decent window shades-just tacky blinds, grounds were not kept up and apartment was a dump. Although it had nice landscaping and trees, parking was a nightmare, bird crap on your car constantly. I had signed a lease in April 09 until Jan 10--but then I couldn't find a job after finishing school in July. I took a job in Albuquerque and upon informing them that I was leaving, was told that not only would I pay 1 month's rent, but also a termination fee as well. I told them that really wasn't fair-because of the economy, I couldn't find a job in Las Cruces, so I was forced to move. Didn't matter. Then I get my final bill, and they've charged me for two months water--I was only there 1/2 of Sept and I had paid Augusts water bill...I left and had Merry Maids clean the apartment; High Range also charged me for cleaning..said they had to clean up after Merry Maids. Problem is, I left instructions with Merry Maids because I was already in Albuquerque, and I have no way of verifying anything High Range said, however my daughter checked the apartment after Merry Maids left and said that they did a good job. Who do you believe'' I tend to believe my daughter, but how can I prove it'' I am at their will and they know it,they will ruin my credit if I don't pay them the money they say I owe.
