Las Palmas is a great place to live, it's close to campus, the price is reasonable considering that the management pays everything except electricity.

The apartments are nice (not the newest in Las Cruces but not outrageously expensive like the rest of the places in town).

The management is great.

BTW, Cathi is no longer the manager, the new guy takes care of his residents.

Maitenance is prompt.

When I moved in the apartment, they had just cleaned the carpet professionally.

After living in Las Cruces for 3 years I can say that this is the cleanest apartment I have ever moved in.
